SHIPPING POLICY

At SUPERZ. Budapest, we prioritize customer satisfaction, continuously improving our shipping process to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.

Products sold on superz.com are carefully selected and packaged by our team at our Budapest facility before being shipped to our customers all tot he slected country.

ORDER STATUS

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your order number, purchase details, and other important information.

Our team will then prepare and package your order before handing it over to our shipping partner, GLS, UPS, DHL or Fedex which will deliver it to your specified address. At this stage, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

You can check the status of your order anytime on the couriers website using the provided tracking number.

Please note that updating the order status may take up to 24 hours, and up to 72 hours on weekends. Additional delays may occur during national holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES

We offer international standard shipping for all orders shipped from Budapest.

Delivery times depend on order processing and approval, starting from the dispatch date, and typically take 2-7 business days. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location.

STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS:

- For orders over €400 → FREE

For certain packages, shipping costs may depending on weight. However, the exact cost will always be displayed in the order summary before you complete your purchase.
